Efficient commissioning lays the foundation for the commercial success of your biogas plant. Thereby, a short heating up phase and an optimum inoculation program are particularly important here to operate your biogas plant at full load as quickly as possible.

The operator training we provide in the commissioning phase during which you learn all know-how required comprehensively and competently, is one reason for keeping this phase shorter than average. The practical work then continues with the heating up phase. Thanks to the ÖKOBIT heating concept with stainless steel heating tubes mounted on the inner wall of the tank, we can achieve heating up times that are less than two weeks¹ on average and therefore we are, on average, four weeks faster than plants using heating systems with plastic tubes. This means four weeks of fewer fuel costs and earlier full load revenues for greater profitability.
